Termico Pest Management is part of the Termico Group, an independent, Western Australian owned company carrying out a wide variety of specialised home services.

The Termico Group was established in 1996 and services the Perth metropolitan as well as selected regional areas. 

We have an incredible team with over 80 employees, of which most have been with us for many years. Our average tenure for all working staff is 8 years, and we’re very proud to have such a strong and loyal team that ensures we can deliver quality products and services to all our Termico customers.

Our employment policy includes both qualified and unqualified starting positions.  We have our own in-house training program to enable us to train all our staff to a Cert III in Pest Management.

The Course work to obtain a Cert III in Pest Management is delivered in our own dedicated training room, accredited by TAFE & over seen by ApprentiCentre to ensure a nationally recognised qualification.

Fully supervised training is provided initially while learners progress to a Provisional license issued by the Pesticide Safety Division of the Heath Dept.  Ongoing training over about 8 months advances Provisional License holders to the Cert III qualification & a Full Pest Management Technicians License.

Termico Pest Management is committed to maintaining our standard of excellence in the Pest Management Industry. We pride ourselves in staff retention & have a well established Senior Management group who provide support for more than 70 pest control technicians.

All of our technicians are provided with ongoing training and are continually quality assessed to ensure the highest standards of service & expertise are provided to our customers.

Pest Control Traineeships

We provide traineeships that combine practical on the job training with in house classroom tuition. This provides an opportunity for people new to the industry to gain the necessary qualification & licensing requirements while being paid a full time wage.
