Not only did Derrick put me at ease having a stranger in my home, but he explained every step of the process and his findings. Today we had our home inspected by one of your representatives, named Bishnu. I have lived in this home for 50 years and have always had inspections done annually. Bishnu is by far the most professional and affable technician to have completed this task. He kept us informed of every aspect as he proceeded, and we felt very satisfied that the home was free of any infestation. Good staff are hard to come by and I thought it important to advise Termico of the impression that Bishnu left us with once the service was completed.

Ramon was Polite, helpful and most of all VERY Respectful. It's very rare to find young ones nowadays like Ramon, he is a true gentleman.
