The pest control technician was very professional, well spoken, had great manners and was lovely overall.

The person doing the inspecting (Jed I can see from the report) was such a polite and helpful young man. He was really kind in the way he explained everything and I feel that not enough positive feedback is sent through now adays. So thank you. Great customer service on Jed’s behalf. I’ll definitely recommend Termico and will use again annually.

Lewis the call taker for his knowledge, patience, understanding and assistance. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. David the technician who came around to my house in Burns Beach today to do a job. David was professional, knowledgeable, did a great job and talked me into keeping my warranty for termites on my house in Burns Beach.
