Hi there, I just wanted message and give some positive feedback with the communication I had with one of your workers over the phone this afternoon. I didn't catch his name but he was from New Zealand and had awesome phone mannerism and a warmth about him. It's not often these days that you find someone is giving as good customer service as I was given. The whole interaction with him was just a wonderful, upbeat and a lighthearted experience, even over the phone.
