Perth Home buyers have the option of adding a “Timber Pest Pre-purchase Inspection Clause” to Offer and Acceptance contracts when purchasing their new home or investment property. The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) have added this as a standard clause to the contract. Ask your real estate agent to include this in your offer.
